摘要：隨著通信技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，衛(wèi)星通信遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域正在逐步拓展。我院衛(wèi)
星站點(diǎn)開通運(yùn)行以來，不斷健全組織管理，加強(qiáng)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)，加大宣傳力度，提升業(yè)務(wù)能力，
拓展應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，使遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)工作形式更加多樣，服務(wù)內(nèi)容更加豐富，服務(wù)質(zhì)量不斷提高。

Construction and Application of the Satellite-based Telemedicine Information Website

Abstract: With the development of communication technology, the satellite-based telemedicine
system has been applied to more and more fields. Since the establishment of the satellite-based
telemedicine information website in our hospital, it has been operating smoothly with increasingly
improved capacity and broadened application through strengthened management and construction,
which has consequently varied the operation of telemedicine, enriched medical services and raised
service quality.

為促進(jìn)軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生工作高科技、現(xiàn)代化、信息化，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨躍式發(fā)展，總后衛(wèi)生部在全軍建
立衛(wèi)星遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)信息網(wǎng)。全軍遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)衛(wèi)星通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)采用美國(guó)VITACOM 公司的
VIPERSAT 衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)，由一個(gè)主站(網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理中心)和數(shù)百個(gè)遠(yuǎn)端地面(地球)站組成。衛(wèi)
星資源選用鑫諾一號(hào)ku 波段轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)器。網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為兩個(gè)功能性子網(wǎng)(即數(shù)據(jù)通信／網(wǎng)絡(luò)控
制子網(wǎng)和視頻會(huì)議子網(wǎng))以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)[1]。我院衛(wèi)星站點(diǎn)于2003 年9 月正式開通，運(yùn)行
三年以來，不斷健全組織管理，加強(qiáng)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)，加大宣傳力度，提升業(yè)務(wù)能力，拓展應(yīng)用領(lǐng)
域，使遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)工作形式更加多樣，服務(wù)內(nèi)容更加豐富，服務(wù)質(zhì)量不斷提高。
1 健全組織管理
1.1 建立管理體制
根據(jù)總后衛(wèi)生部指示精神，醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)非常重視遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)工作，成立了遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，
指定一名業(yè)務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)擔(dān)任組長(zhǎng)，醫(yī)務(wù)部副主任、信息科主任擔(dān)任副組長(zhǎng)。經(jīng)常組織召開遠(yuǎn)程
醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議，分析站點(diǎn)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用情況，及 |
